Confession: if there are sweet potato fries offered on a side menu — I will order them.
Currently they are my “guilty pleasure”, but honestly there’s no reason to feel guilty for enjoying a good snack, especially if they are homemade! And the best part: sweet potatoes are an excellent source for vitamins B6, D, and C.
I don’t mind spending a lot of time in the kitchen if I’m making a pie like this one, but for everyday meals I like to make them quickly.
Preheat oven to 400*F. Peel and Slice sweet potato. Bake for 20 minutes. I like my fries a little crispy, so I broil them on high briefly.
